• Norway & UK: 5-14 business days (PostNord International)

Customs & VAT (Norway & UK):
When ordering to countries outside the EU, no Danish VAT is charged (25% is automatically deducted at checkout).

Please note, however, that local VAT, customs duties, and customs clearance fees will be applied when the package arrives in your country. These costs are your responsibility as a customer and are settled directly with the local authorities or the shipping company.

We hope you're happy with your purchase – but should you change your mind, we naturally offer returns or exchanges.

➤ Return Conditions:

  You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receipt.
• 
  Products with personalized embroidery cannot be returned unless there is an error in the embroidery.
• 
  The item must be in unused and original condition with all tags and fabric dust bags intact.
  
• 
  Returns are at the buyer's own risk and expense.

   Order number
   
   Whether you want a return or an exchange
   
   
2. 
   We will then send you the return address and instructions.
   
3. 
   Once we have received and approved the item, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase – or you will receive the new product if exchanging.
   

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements.
