Ordering and Payment

All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% VAT.
Orders are placed via the webshop, and payment can be made using the payment methods available in the shop.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is made with GLS either as private delivery or parcel shop delivery.
Shipping costs are clearly stated in the basket and added to the order.
No free shipping is offered.
Normal delivery time is 7-14 business days from final design approval and received payment. During busy periods or for particularly complex embroideries, the delivery time may be extended – you will be notified if this is the case.

Personalized and Custom-Made Items

When you order a T-shirt embroidered with your or your child's drawing, the item is made specifically for you.
IMPORTANT:
There is no right of withdrawal or return for personalized and custom-made items (cf. § 18, para. 2, no. 3 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act). This is because the product has a distinct personal character and cannot be resold.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized embroidered T-shirts.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible – if work has not yet begun, the order may possibly be cancelled.
Other products without personal customization have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Complaints

You have a 2-year right to make a complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
If the item has defects or deficiencies, please contact us at info@amaliegamborg.dk within a reasonable time.
Note: The right to make a complaint does not cover errors caused by incorrect use, washing, or wear and tear.
