Personalized Embroidered T-shirts

As your T-shirt is custom-made with personalized embroidery of a children's drawing, there is no right of cancellation for this item.
This is because the product has a distinct personal touch and cannot be resold to others (cf. Section 18, Subsection 2, No. 3 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act).

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet begun, we may in some cases be able to cancel the order.

Other items

For items without personalization, you have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive the item.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be returned in unused and original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to cancel

Send us an e-mail at info@amaliegamborg.dk with your order number and information about which items you wish to return.
We will then guide you through the process.

Please note:
The right to claim for defects naturally still applies if there are any errors or defects in your item.
